My Life Story
Storytelling is a delicate game of chess. You must move the pieces strategically to engage the audience, making sure that every frame is spliced together for maximum emotional impact. When I was growing up in Laguna Beach with my buddies, we would film ourselves surfing and skateboarding. It only inspired me further. It made me remember when I was seven years old, when my dad bought me my first High-8 camera. I felt immediately that life was a cinematic experience. It would become a passion and a pleasure to engage my audience. Many people have worked a job that may not have exactly been glamorous, that didn’t become what they desired it to be. So, if you’re able to find that spark, that perspective and inspiration to make a living doing what you love, then you’ve won.
